2. Products and Delivery 

2.1 Digital Products Only 

All products sold on QuickUsers.com are digital products. Upon successful payment you will receive: 

• An automation workflow file ready to import 

• A step-by-step PDF setup guide 

• A private video tutorial link 

• Any additional files stated in the package description (such as AI prompt templates) 

2.2 Instant Delivery 

Your purchase is delivered digitally and automatically within seconds of payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase. 

2.3 No Physical Products 

QuickUsers does not ship any physical goods. All products are digital files and access links only. 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 One-Time Payment 

All packages on QuickUsers.com are sold as one-time purchases. There are no monthly subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees unless explicitly stated on the product page. 

3.2 Pricing 

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. QuickUsers reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed. 

3.3 Payment Processing

QuickUsers does not store or have access to your full payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processors in accordance with their own security standards and privacy policies. 

3.4 Failed Payments 

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and no product will be delivered. Please contact your bank or payment provider, then attempt your purchase again. 

4. Refund Policy 

4.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all packages. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. 

4.2 How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund, email us at contact@quickusers.com within 7 days of purchase with: 

• Your full name 

• The email address used at checkout 

• Your order number or payment confirmation 

We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your request. 

4.3 Refund Exceptions 

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: 

• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date 

• You have violated these Terms & Conditions 

• The request is deemed fraudulent or abusive 

4.4 No Chargebacks 

We ask that you contact us directly at contact@quickusers.com before initiating any chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in your account being permanently banned from QuickUsers. 

5. License and UsageRights

5.1 Personal License 

Upon purchase, QuickUsers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased workflow file and associated materials for your own business or personal use. 

5.2 One Business Per License 

Each license covers a single business or workspace. You may not use the same purchased file across multiple businesses, client accounts, or organisations without purchasing additional licenses. 

5.3 Restrictions 

You may not : 

• Resell, redistribute, or share the workflow files with any third party 

• Claim ownership or authorship of the workflow files 

• Use the files to create competing products or services 

• Upload or publish the workflow files publicly in any form 

• Transfer your license to another individual or business 

5.4 Modifications 

You are permitted to modify and customise the workflow files for your own use within a single business. Modified versions remain subject to the same license restrictions and may not be resold or redistributed. 

6. IntellectualProperty 

All content on QuickUsers.com including but not limited to workflow files, PDF guides, video tutorials, written content, logos, and design elements are the intellectual property of QuickUsers and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any QuickUsers content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 

7. Updates and Maintenance

7.1 Free Updates 

QuickUsers provides free updates to purchased workflow files when changes are required due to updates in connected third-party tools. Updated files will be made available for re-download from your account or delivered to your registered email address. 

7.2 No Guarantee of Compatibility 

While we make every effort to keep our workflow files up to date, QuickUsers cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with all third-party tools and platforms at all times. We will address compatibility issues as promptly as possible. 

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our workflow packages are designed to connect with third-party tools and platforms such as WhatsApp Business API, HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, OpenAI, and n8n. 

QuickUsers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these third-party services. Your use of these tools is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. 

QuickUsers is not responsible for any changes, outages, pricing updates, or policy changes made by third-party tools that may affect the functionality of our workflow files. 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuickUsers products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding: 

• Specific business results or revenue outcomes from using our products 

• Uninterrupted or error-free performance of workflow files 

• Compatibility with every third-party tool or platform 

• Fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is described in the product listing 

Results will vary depending on your business, setup, and how the workflows are implemented. 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickUsers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
