We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all QuickUsers packages. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date — no lengthy explanations required.
We believe in our products and we want every customer to feel safe buying from us.

All purchases made on www.quickusers.com are eligible for a refund provided the request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Email us at contact@quickusers.com within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number or payment confirmation reference
- The package you purchased
We will review your request and process your full refund within 24 hours of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Refund Exceptions
While we aim to honour every refund request, there are a small number of circumstances where a refund will not be issued:
- The 7-day window has passed — Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date will not be eligible
- Terms & Conditions violation — If you have violated our Terms & Conditions, including attempting to resell or redistribute our workflow files
- Fraudulent or abusive requests — Requests that appear to be fraudulent, repeated, or made in bad faith will not be processed
- Chargeback already initiated — If you have already filed a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for the same transaction, we are unable to process a separate refund
- Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at contact@quickusers.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We resolve the vast majority of issues quickly and fairly — usually within 24 hours.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Your access to QuickUsers products being revoked
- Your email address being permanently blocked from future purchases
- The dispute being contested with your payment provider
We always prefer to resolve things directly and we are committed to making things right for every customer.
- Partial Refunds
QuickUsers does not offer partial refunds. All approved refunds are processed as full refunds for the total amount paid for the relevant package.
If you purchased the Full Business Automation Bundle and are only unhappy with one workflow within it, the full bundle refund policy still applies — you may request a full refund of the bundle price within 7 days.
- Free Updates Are Not a Refund Reason
If a workflow file stops working due to a third-party tool update, this is not grounds for a refund. In this situation we will provide you with a free updated version of the workflow file as quickly as possible. Our commitment to free lifetime updates covers all purchased packages.
- What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your access to the download links and video tutorials for that package will be revoked
- You are required to delete all copies of the workflow files, PDF guides, and any associated materials from your devices and accounts
- Continued use of the materials after a refund has been issued is a violation of our license agreement and Terms & Conditions
- Changes to This Policy
QuickUsers reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase.
